What We Did.

Company Overview

Milford Care provide Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Palliative Care, plus a wide range of services that support the local & wider community, with primary focus on their residents and their loving families.

Established in 1985 with the opening of Milford House, over 30 years later Milford Care now operate 5 homes across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

The business continues to grow year-on-year, with new homes opening across the region, in response for the  demand of the high quality of care.

The Brief

Othnielle Blake (Milford Care Marketing Manager) approached us following the work we had done together in her previous employment.  

Milford were looking to take their existing website back in-house, with the new marketing team taking control of the day-to-day content. 

Our Solution

Through a series of exploratory meetings, we took a fresh approach to the design and introduced new features such as the social wall and more prominence given to each individual care home.

Following the mind-map session, which we use to identify and layout all of the areas and features-  both now and future.  We carefully built the website based upon the agreed specification within the agreed timescales and budget.

The new website is supported by a WordPress content management system, which after training, the business has now achieved it’s goal to taking full control of its online marketing – supported by 41 Digital and a team of partners.
